Job Duties; Oversee tower top safety for all personnel on the tower, implement approved rigging techniques, Test, install, repair and troubleshoot tower top equipment. Ensure the quality and accuracy of tower documents and photos. During training with Empire Telecom the training manager selected me as a Tower Tech IV at the start of our teams assisting in AT&T 6 C upgrades in Northern New York. This led to leading two differnet teams for Closeout SAQ's. During our time with US Cell, I helped oversee the Closeout process for 3 months, editing word documents, verifying testing and results for PIM and Sweeps. Communication with different levels of management as well as overseeing 6 or more teams a day at the same time. During the summer of 2020, three months overseeing and approving realtime, 11 Decom tower teams sent COP from all the teams in the nation.

I have created custom trips for several different boy scout trips providing the following badges; canoeing; kayaking; and whitewater kayaking. During my time taking thousands of families down hundreds of miles of river, with no injuries or complaints from any of my guests on my boat.
