I managed high-grossing departments with yearly sales totaling $10 million, including Market, Electronics, Toys, and Sporting Goods Also, I supervised a dynamic team of eight to fifteen employees and oversaw their individual success and professional development. I coordinated vendor relationships and worked collaboratively with vendors to increase sales.

I assisted customers in making decisions about which products to purchase using my product knowledge and customer service skills. I also helped ensure that the other 3-4 team members had up to date knowledge about new products. I helped my manager ensure that all the daily and weekly tasks were being completed and communicated anything that was not.
