Eric Baum brings over twenty years of experience in advising Executive leadership teams for both well-established Fortune 50 companies and emerging ventures, across a spectrum of industries including life sciences, Web 3.0, education, travel, technology, and real estate. In his concurrent roles as Managing Director & Executive Board member of Acquis Consulting Group and Partner / Co-Founder of it affiliate company, Solidea Capital, Eric leverages his extensive management and operational consulting expertise to guide companies in areas such as corporate strategy, market positioning, growth and scale strategies, trajectory management, partnering frameworks, risk evaluation, exit modeling. and more. He also serves in several advisory and Board of Director roles for public and private companies such as Proteic Bioscience, Starton Therapeutics, Big Rentz, ESG.AI, Web 3 Ventures, and Trip Kicks, supporting the full lifecycle of needs from initial business building through expansion and growth strategies. Eric has strong governance expertise and frequently chairs Compensation Committees andhas been an active member of Audit Committees. Eric has always been extremely entrepreneurial, and in addition to advising companies on how to scale to the next level, he himself founded and leads a rapidly growing real estate investment firm operating in several U.S. markets. Eric is also actively involved in the venture capital arena as a participant in several investment-focused groups, such as the Charlotte Angel Fund. His exposure to companies across all stages of development and breadth of knowledge in the venture space position him well to provide a unique perspective and challenge the status quo when needed. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, where he graduated Valedictorian. He was awarded the Goizueta Business School Organizational Management Highest Award for Excellence and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest national business honor society.
