Responsible for the East Providence production facility

Oversee 2 polyurethane resin manufacturing sites (Located in East Providence, RI and Wilmington MA) with operational headcount of about 75 full time employees.

Responsible for all elements of Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability for a 300+ employee vitamin manufacturing facility.

Responsibility for all aspects of manufacturing, maintenance, SHE, quality, logistics and engineering. Drive manufacturing capacity increase of ~30% and managed transition from existing 4 day manufacturing schedule into a 5 day schedule.

Oversee all aspects of manufacturing for the East Providence site -- Safety, Healthy, Environmental, Production, QC, maintenance and shipping/receiving.

Production manager for DSM Coating Resins' East Providence site--manufacturing a diverse range of waterborne and solvent borne polyurethane resins, coatings and adhesives.

-Aspen Aerogels provides thermal management and energy conservation insulation solutions for a variety of industries. Our insulation products are up to eight times more effective than traditional insulation materials-Work closely with operations to provide Process Engineering Support 24/7 for the East Providence manufacturing plant.-Work cross-functionally to design and test process changes to increase yield, throughput, and product quality while reducing processing time and waste generation.--Test and configure new and existing process instrumentation; interact with and make program changes to our ABB 800xA system-Work with Operations, R&D, and Management to facilitate major product and chemistry changes
