Worked with multiple teams worldwide as an architect in an Agile Scrum environment developing ITSM processes and Enterprise Service Management applications (HRSM, PPM, GRC, Facilities) for Cherwell Service Management and Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform (Ivanti Service Manager). Ensured that features and processes were developed using best practices and provided value to our customers. This was accomplished through writing technical standards and guidelines for the developers to follow as well as running peer review meetings and performing QA testing on stories. I worked with our Product Owner as a Technical Product Owner to gather feature requirements, review industry changes/direction and build stories for upcoming sprints. Ensured features took full advantage of existing and new technologies and that the work teams were doing didn't conflict with each other. I bridged the gap between Content and Code teams to make sure impacts are minimal and that we are using new features to their full potential.

Worked as a Cherwell Developer in a multi team environment overseeing architecture for ITSM processes using the ITIL Framework and Enterprise Service Management applications (HRSM, PPM, Facilities, ISMS) within the Cherwell CSM platform. Ensured that teams were using best practices during feature builds and helped with peer review and QA testing. Worked with code teams to develop acceptance criteria and test new feature functionality.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Developed Line of Business applications for the Cherwell Service Management application and ITIL processes. These applications included HR Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Facilities, and Security.

As a consultant for AMP, I am tasked with implementing management systems such as Symantec Client/Server Management Suite as well as ITSM products including BMC Footprints Service Core, and Cherwell Service Management. During these implementations I work with the customers to help them develop best practices for patching, inventory, software installs, and incident/request/problem management. Working side by side with customers, users are given training on the products in the form of knowledge transfer.

Maintain business critical systems such as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server. Support end users by troubleshooting issues both remotely and in person. Install new hardware and software including VMware ESX and EMC SANs.
