Currently, Eric Belcher is Vice Chairman of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, the premier provider of technology-enabled payroll and production management services to the entertainment industry. He is an entrepreneurial leader who is focused on driving growth and innovation, while creating and maintaining a culture of excellence among his staff.Eric is a committed executive with more than 30 years of experience in entertainment, publishing and new media. His professional background includes senior management, sales, marketing, business development and strategy for small to large-sized organizations including USA Today, 20th Century Fox, ABC Motion Pictures, ABC Television, Embassy Pictures and Columbia Pictures. During his tenure as CEO of Cast & Crew, Eric guided the company through a number of private equity sponsorships: (Abry Partners 2006-2011), Zelnick Media Company (2011-2015), Silver Lake Partners (2015-2019) and EQT Partners (2019-present.) Under Eric's leadership the company successfully completed a number of productive acquisitions including screenwriting software leader Final Draft, Inc., CAPS Payroll, a leading payroll provider spanning multiple entertainment markets including commercial production, venues, music tours, live events, unscripted television and independent film. Additionally, in 2020 Cast & Crew acquired Sargent Disc, the leading UK provider of payroll and production accounting services to the film and television industries. With these acquisitions and the exponential growth, Cast & Crew emerged as the industry leader with best-in-class products and services, outstanding client service and a compelling and achievable technology vision.
