Cartographer
Current- Promoted to acquire, compile, evaluate and review geospatial data in support of mission requirements for the U.S. Department of Defense Agency that collects, analyzes, and distributes geospatial intelligence in support.
- Provide support to help users visualize what is happening at a particular place and time by evaluating imagery, maps, charts, and multiple layers of foundation data such as terrain, elevation, and gravity and the full.
- Maintain Top Secret government security clearance (TS/SCI) and extract, format, manipulate, and symbolize geospatial information to enable decision advantage for policymakers, warfighters, intelligence professionals.
- Consistently apply knowledge of databases, GIS software, GIS data file formats, commercial imagery data, and digital image processing techniques to become a leader in data extraction, analysis, and solutions.
- Developed and implemented process improvements to reduce manual data entry and analysis through automation, producing savings in cost and time.
- Oversee and execute geographical updates and ensure ongoing accuracy for higher management.
