CurrentMonocle Group (f.k.a. FCA-Orbita) is a real estate investment and asset management company. Headquartered in the New York Metro, the group manages, develops, finances, and operates a broad range of properties, including commercial office buildings, retail malls, and residential apartments. While the core of Monocle’s property investments are in Asia, where its roots are, the group has extensive investment experience in the United States dating back to the 1970s. It has successfully invested in and exited assets in California, Texas, Washington and Nevada.Since 2011, the group has focused mainly on the Mid-Atlantic States. Today, it has owned over 2,900 residential units in New York, New Jersey, Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.
