Compliance Manager Responsibilities: - Conduct daily/weekly inspections of all job sites to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and client requirements. - Assist the Vice-President in Managing of Field Staff, and setup appropriate teams as needed. - Assist in the Hiring of New field staff members as required - Assist field staff as needed with tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects, including providing guidance, training, and support. - Notify the management team of any potential project-related issues, obstacles, or deviations from the project plan. - Liaise with clients/customers to ensure their satisfaction with project progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. - Assist in scheduling new and ongoing projects, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. - Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement strategies for improving compliance, efficiency, and quality in field operations. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. - Stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends related to disaster restoration and general contracting, and ensure that field operations are aligned with current standards.
