- Managed a cross-divisional ISO TS test lab and expert group to support multiple product lines during their developments- 10 engineers & technicians, 1M€ budget- Reshaped the relationship with (internal) customer and empowered employees (expertise/product line role allocation, project and customer partnership mode), leading to a better integration of the acoustic items in the product development phase and towards customer recognition as a key expert department.- Developed R&D and innovation culture in the department leading to reinforce the value of the department to the Product lines. Collaborated to innovative program with the MOV'EO cluster. Member of the Technical Committee of the Acoustic and Vibration Center (CEVAA)
