A manufacturer of flight grips, injection molded components, solenoids, relays, coils and bellows assemblies for the automotive, diesel, aerospace, semiconductor, oil and gas industries. Responsible for the overall manufacturing engineering support on new projects, process improvements, and equipment upgrades across three companies. Ran the safety program and Environmental Management System, certified to ISO 14001:2015.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering. Responsible for managing eleven salaried employees over three shifts in the prototype and test lab. Managed the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of all prototype assemblies.

Reported to the Maintenance Superintendant. Managed the maintenance department, which included 30 employees over three shifts, the tool crib, tool room, and maintenance crib.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. Responsible for the overall manufacturing engineering support on new projects, process improvements, and equipment upgrades.

Reporting to the Director of Quality. Responsible for maintaining constant preparedness for bi-annual QS-9000 audits within the automotive divisions.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering. Responsible for developing and maintaining a quality program, as well as fabrciation of a new bearing assembly machine and various special projects.
