Founded in 1896, the Manchester Historic Association's mission is to collect, preserve and share the history of Manchester, New Hampshire, once home to the Amoskeag Manufacturing Company, which at its peak was the largest producer of cotton textiles in the world. Headquartered in the 1844 former Mill #3, the Association operates the Millyard Museum and the Research Center. I conducted tours of the Museum and Research Center, coordinated the annual giving campaign, managed donation processing using the DonorPerfect database, and wrote grant proposals. it was a privilege to have the opportunity to learn about Manchester's place in the history of New Hampshire and the world. An inspiring organization whose impact extends throughout all of New Hampshire and beyond.

Responsible for the organization’s fiscal goal for Lions donations and for all aspects of the Lions fundraising program including cultivation, stewardship, recognition, donations processing, and customer service program. Managed relationships with Lions clubs and key individuals across the United States and Canada, resulting in increased donations from Lions, all during the severe economic downturn. Lions are the most loyal and amazing grassroots fundraisers in the world! Still my favorite job ever.
