To manage and report to VIVABLAST Thailand activities to the CEO, in particular: • Manage all administrative, financial and legal aspects in line with local regulations to set up the subsidiary.• Develop and implement all process and procedures of the subsidiary in line with VIVABLAST corporate policies.• Develop and implement commercial and marketing activities to reach VIVABLAST's corporate objectives and business plan.• Manage the relationship with VIVABLAST's local partner to increase VIVABLAST THAILAND turnover.• Develop the communication of VIVABLAST in Thailand market.• In charge of all technical study and commercial proposal and their close following up with clients. • Develop and ensure all QHSE rules to improve quality and HSE issues.• Following up the production in the Pattaya's sand blasting and application plant and on sites location.• Report to management and propose improvement on any activity to upgrade the production.

Report to VIVABLAST South East Asia Co. Ltd.'s general manager, develop and implement all marketing programs and strategic sales activities of the company, in particular: • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives.• Develop business relationship with clients and subcontractors and promote VIVABLAST's products and services.• Sell VIVABLAST services in line with the company process and procedures.• Elaborate the sales prices system (price data base) in coordination with General Director and CEO.• Develop and set up an equipment american vendor subsidiary in Vietnam in support with VIVABLAST business strategy.
