I have spent the majority of my life in diesel shops. Through hands on shop experience and a decade in parts departments, I have created custom systems to streamline how information is shared between departments and to improve the overall efficiency of the parts department. Whether I am increasing shop productivity, organizing invoices and reports for accounting, or setting up a new parts room from scratch, I am driven to bring the best out of the entire company.I have utilized Microsoft Office, Google products, and industry specific software such as Dossier, Lightspeed DMS, and Autologue to manage inventory, design custom tables to track parts orders and shop jobs, plan delivery routes, and create custom reports for annual budgeting. My organizational skills have drastically reduced parts redundancy and dead inventory to reduce parts department expenses.
