About Eric Bessette

I started my automotive career off as a Mercedes Benz technician, however I have found that I enjoyed my job as an instructor far more than I ever did as a tech. My ultimate objective is to impact the lives of students in a positive manner while giving them a realistic view of life as an automotive technician. Taking what is seemingly overwhelming amounts of technology jargon about BMW systems and transforming it into a lesson plan that can be discussed and understood is not easy, but when done correctly is amazing to witness. My goal as an Education Manager is to help my instructors find that same satisfaction.
