I am the Chief Architect of the new Identity Security solution known as the Multi-Use Passport Identification (MPID) system. At this time, I am also the acting Lead Developer of the system, ensuring that the system is developed and maintained in a way to keep your personally identifiable information (PII) completely secure.

The client was an international trading company in Atlanta, Georgia, which has experienced a large amount of growth and was therefore needing a system which could manage all of the business rules pertaining to purchasing, sales, and logistics. I handled all aspects of the project, to include roles as Project Manager, Architect, Business Analyst, Lead Developer, Quality Assurance, and Integration. All of this work was accomplished in a remote setting. Applications were developed in AngularJS, C#.NET, SQL Server 2016, and utilizing REST services within an AWS EC2 environment. Other technologies used: Jasmine, Protractor, Git, Node, npm, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, workflow management, and document generation from Angular templates.

For the US National Park Service, I developed numerous applications and upgraded a couple of older applications which were having issues with middle-tier and data access processes. Developed a workflow management system which scheduled, managed, provided application interaction, and an easy-to-use user interface for executing Windows Workflow Foundation 4 workflows in a multi-threaded environment. All applications developed/upgraded after January 2012, now make use of that NPSWorkflows system. Designed, developed, and/or improved SQL Server 2008 R2 databases, and provided stored procedures, user-defined functions and all data access objects (DAO) for applications, simplifying and improving the efficiency of application user interfaces. All efforts made use of Visual Studio 2010/2012 Premium, C#.NET, SQL Server 2008 R2, and MS MVC. Database development made use of SQL Server objects, LINQ and Entity Framework 4. Team Foundation Services (TFS) were used as the document management system.

Worked with a team at the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) developing Contact Resource Management (CRM) applications as well as application components such as an application workflow system in C#.NET 4.0. Lead developer on the NRCS Publications Distribution System, constructed in MVC2. Applications were developed in support of the LSGP Easements and Common Desktop application suites. Application development made use of Visual Studio 2010 Premium, C#.NET, and MS MVC. Database development consisted of stored procedures, user-defined functions, LINQ and Entity Framework 4 on SQL Server 2008. TortoiseSVN and CoLab were used as the code/document repositories.

Developed specialized component modules for DotNetNuke versions 4.xx and greater to use in the development of sites to support the management of multi-million dollar client co-op budgets for marketing purposes. Modules were developed in C#.NET or VB.NET, making use of the DotNetNuke framework and SQL Server 2005 databases.

Designed, coded, debugged and implemented web and desktop applications in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, COM, Delphi and DotNetNuke. Databases used included SQL Server 2000/2005 utilizing stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions and views.

Solely responsible for providing maintenance, upgrades and advances in technology to a legacy application and all associated databases and support processes using Delphi and .NET. From my past experiences and newly developed concepts, I was able to help this struggling company regain its hold and push forward as a leader in the day-labor staffing industry.

Designed, developed, implemented and provided full life-cycle support for highly dynamic SharePoint and .NET web applications for Salt River Project (SRP). Single-handedly constructed a document management system and a workflow system, to include all SQL Server database tables, stored procedures and user-defined functions, which replaced and greatly enhanced the speed, reliability, functionality and usability of SharePoint 2003 and other web applications. Microsoft later adopted many of my processes to use in future releases of SharePoint.

Project Lead for Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation, involved in the design, coding, debugging and management of projects to automate everyday operations within the student loan guarantee industry. Applications were converted from Delphi to .NET against SQL Server databases. Efforts included the design of tables, stored procedures and triggers for SQL Server 7 and SQL Server 2000.

Designed, coded, implemented and maintained applications to enhance the everyday operations of the commercial real estate loan approval, management and billing processes. Applications were multi-tiered database applications coded in Delphi 4 and Sybase or SQL Server 5. Database systems were optimized through the use of triggers and stored procedures.

Company invented and developed the first handheld gas and moisture analysis systems. Designed, coded and tested commercial utility applications to be used with and extend the capabilities of computerized equipment produced for laboratories, leak detection systems and gas sensing equipment. All applications were developed for both 16 and 32-bit Windows platforms.
