Contribute to the development of livelihoods, food security and CVA projects, planning and leading implementation in the Southwest Region. Ensuring they are market-based, and that livelihoods and food security activities create an impact within Beneficiary households and in the communities.Coordinate and implement delegated LFS projects within Northwest/Southwest Regions of Cameroon and Neighbouring Regions, managing the day-to-day activities of LFS staff to ensure proper delivery, high quality results and compliance to applicable laws, standards, practices, policies, and procedures. Lead need assessments to identify gaps and opportunities and submit comprehensive assessment report. Contribute to creating an enabling environment for the implementation of cash-based interventions, working with support teams in the institutionalization of cash-based programmes (capacity building, guidance, and SOP development).Identify business opportunities/schemes for individuals, groups, mechanisms to strengthen capacity building and scale up options, which include entrepreneurship, skill development, Micro financing, and business management and prepare action plan to support for small size enterprises for returnees, IDPs and host community. Manage meetings and workshops, implementing and sectorial partners, and other external stakeholders.
