CurrentResponsible for supporting the execution of key projects and tasks in support of assigned Automotive OEM Programs. Included in the scope of these activities are: sales support, new account set up, new program start up, promotion support, program changes, additions, or deletions, inventory and service performance planning, marketing, regulatory updates, website maintenance and coordinating to improve both internal and external communications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Working through company channels to resolve any issues related to suppliers on behalf of OEM customers and communicating status updates to both sales and customers.• Working through company channels to recommend any needed changes to products, processes, or programs on behalf of OEM customers and communicating status updates to both sales and customers.• Working through company channels on any needed changes to pricing that require a financial review on behalf of sales and OEM customers and communicating status updates to sales.• Working through company channels to coordinate with the art department on any materials requested by sales or customers and communicating status updates to sales and customers.• Surface through industry knowledge or discovery any new product ideas for feasibility studies to marketing so Zep can develop better solutions for customers, which once approved, can be presented by sales to OEM customers.• Engages supply chain, procurement, and customer service on behalf of sales and OEM customers to resolve order specific issues.• Engages with customer service and IT to help resolve any order specific issues related to EDI or portal orders and coordinates internal resources to drive process improvements on behalf of OEM customers.• Engages with regulatory and compliance on behalf of sales and OEM customers to respond to customer specific requests for information.• Assist with various OEM monthly / quarterly sales reporting.
