You'll find me practicing Hospitality in the rejuvinated Cafe space at the GOTAFE Wangaratta campus. GOTAFE have taken on the running of the Canteen and Cafe spaces on their Campuses. This has meant opportunities for industry training and experience for Hospitality students and for produce created by hospitality students to gain an outlet. The better utilisation of resources and the connections between hosptality and other GOTAFE and VCAL is helping turn a underutilised space into a vibrant and sustainable location.You'll find me at the GOTAFE Cafe Wangaratta weekdays 8-3:30 with my trusty La Marzocco Linea PB coffee machine and Coffee Supreme coffee. Remember to BYO cup if you drop in for a takeway coffee.
