Leader of the Direct and Indirect Sourcing teams consisting of 24 professionals, managing over $1.6B of spend across all business categories, including; packaging and ingredients, capital, freight, all indirect spend, and contract manufacturing. Responsible for procurement strategy activities, including; gross margin and resource optimization savings, strategic supplier management, supplier diversity program, and end-to-end digital optimization of the procurement function.

Led the Indirect Procurement Organization for Colgate North America, and Corporate (USCO, Canada, Tom's of Maine, Colgate Oral Pharmaceutical, and Global Corporate) spends. * Managed $1.2 Billion in Indirect Spend, oversaw 16 professionals across all spend categories.* Division led implementation of productivity processes and systems, including; eInvoicing, CBS (Procurement Operations), supplier portal, commercial contract system, PCards, Dynamic Discounting, and end-to-end evaluation of Digitil Transformation.

Managed and aligned sourcing strategy for Corporate Indirect Procurement spend categories, including; Global IT, Global HR, Global Finance, Administrative Officers, Global Legal and Customer Development. Drove P & L, cost avoidance, and capital savings in those categories exceeding $50MM in savings in that period.

Leadership Planning role over major supply chain areas, including: Capacity Planning, Distribution, and Forecasting for the Bakery, Biscuit and Frozen plants at Pepperidge Farm, a division of the Campbell Soup Company. Implemented SAP Planning.

Responsible for the strategic sourcing of raw and packaging materials for the North American Home Care division. Portfolio value was $380MM. Supervised 2 managers and 3 buyers. Generated $8.5MM in PPV savings average per year through successful projects, harmonization and negotiation. Supported new product launches.

Responsible for the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies incorporating; manufacturing, planning, packaging and maximized asset utilization for the US Oral Care business at Colgate Palmolive. Responsible for project leadership and resource coordination for all US Toothpaste launches, including Total toothpaste line extensions, 2 in 1, and Simply White. Tight coordination with Marketing, Business Operations, and Manufacturing to align successful launches.

Identified, supervised and maintained relationships with all contractors producing product for both Colgate US and Canada ($ 80MM Spend). Directed all launches, contract and pricing negotiations for US and Canadian products outside of Colgate North American manufacturing facilities. supervising 1 manager and 1 Coordinater.•Rationalized the supply base.

Responsible for the forecast and planning of US sourced Toothbrushes both domestically and worldwide. Managed all new Toothbrush product launches, strategic planning support, inventory initiatives. SAP implementation team. Managed 3 planners..• Maintained a Customer Service level of 99.1% while decreasing the inventory level by 30%. • Increased Forecast accuracy by 48% over two years by utilizing SAP forecasting system.
