Commercial Product Manager - Enterprise (2021 to January 2024)Responsible for all commercial aspects of all the Enterprise ICT products offered to the market across various business units and products within the company.o Pricing strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining market related products.o Defining and implementing strategic and operational pricing initiatives.o Assessing market trends, insight and tracking to maintain product relativity in the market.o Vendor and Partner management to manage pricing models and negotiations to ensure optimization. Including contract reviews and negotiations together with business legal teams.o Maintaining products / packages and close collaboration with the sales teams to optimize deals and product guidelines.o Product risk assessment and management should areas of concern arise.o Working closely with sales teams in the structuring of business opportunities and reviews. While following business best practice and identifying potential business risks to maintain the business integrity and profitability. o Managing and maintaining product pricing tools to enable sales teams with clear, easily accessible product pricing and guidelines.o Knowledge sharing and guidance to other relevant Business units with regards to pricing models and product components while maintaining cross functional relationships and stakeholder’s interests.
