Eric brings over two decades of extensive and multi-dimensional experience in manufacturing across several industries and many markets. Eric has excelled in multiple roles and areas of discipline including senior company leadership, plant management, project management, quality control system development, supply chain management, new product development, direct sales, and business development. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Eric approaches all opportunities with the Lean strategy of eliminating waste and reducing variability using analytics and works heavily to streamline processes to help all aspects of projects run efficiently. Eric has spent significant portions of his career developing long-term product deployment and service programs with Fortune Global 500 companies such as General Electric, Ford Motor Company, Johnson Controls (JCI) and Apple Inc. He becomes involved in all aspects of operations, administration and business development, integrating his expertise and Lean approach centered in “Value is what the customer is willing to pay for.”
