Eric Blofsky is co-founder and retirement plan consultant with (k)ornerstone 401(k) Services. Eric formed (k)ornerstone in 2010 with William Rich after they recognized the need for specialists in the retirement plan industry.Eric joined Asset Management Group in January 2008 and immediately sought retirement plans as an area of focus. He cemented this focus by launching (k)ornerstone 401(k) Services a few years later dedicating his time to the retirement plan space. As a Plan Consultant, Eric is responsible for guiding our clients through the major challenges facing the retirement plan industry. He assists in helping plan sponsors manage their fiduciary liability as well as analyzing the retirement plan program to determine the most effective way for clients to maximize their benefit.Eric has earned the Certified 401(k) Professional designation from The Retirement Advisor University™ in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education. The program is designed to empower financial professionals focused on the 401(k) industry with the qualifications and skill sets necessary for the planning of a more secure retirement for the plan sponsors and participants. Eric also maintains his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65.Eric has been involved with several local organizations serving as a youth leader, high school volleyball coach and the Chico Rotaract club. He is currently involved with the Chico Area Young Life, the Chico Community Scholarship Association and is President of the Men’s Club at his golf club.
