For the summer of 2021 I worked as a sales representative for North Central Utility under the Moore Space division. We sold Rental storage units to area businesses. After two weeks of training I handled my own calls, meetings, and followups. I was in person going to businesses knocking on doors for Moore Space. My tasks included: o Developed and maintained relationships with prospective customers o Identify companies to cold call and warm callo Qualify prospects for potential need of our productso Provide information and effectively communicate with companies called on o Sell rental storage containers and semi-trailerso Follow up with clients and prospects in appropriate time frame

In October 2016 I started driving Zamboni, which includes: o Ensuring everyone is off the ice and all doors are closed before beginning resurfacing. o Properly changing the Liquid Propane tanks to avoid leaks and reacting properly if the tank malfunctions. o Monitoring the Ammonia levels in the rink by using the built-in detector and performing walk throughs of our boiler room to check for abnormalities. o Observing building activities to ensure walkways are clear, lobby floors are not slippery, no one climbs on or over railings, and alerting individuals to other safety concerns. o Practicing personal safety by using the three-point entry method, avoiding placing my feet or other extremities near the blades, knowing how to work the machine, along with other safe practices regarding a moving vehicle.
