 Perform daily/weekly maintenance checks on pumps and compressor unit. Carry-out maintenance and repair activities on pumps, compressors, valves and any other mechanical component in the facility. Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance activities on pumps,compressor and fire water engine . Assist in managing mechanical vendor relation. Participate in other maintenance activities as assigned by team lead.

 Fix technical challenges on the water system immediately they occur. Servicing of submersible pump on regularly basis. Supervise all water and sanitation project in the district under the Agency. Coordinates, supervises and monitors daily activities of all staffs and ensures that all operating data are properly recorded and documented. Ensures that the system is operating properly and water flowing at all times. Advises the system management teams on all technical and financial matters and assists them to prepare periodic reports to the Regional Group Manager on community. Perform periodic repairs and maintenance of all aspects of the water system.

 Participate in fabrication processes right from initial stage to completion. Prepare and produce a weekly project report. Ensure that design specifications are met within the allotted project costs. Ensure that work done is in accordance with approved drawings Assist in analyzing and resolving complex fabrication issues. Supervise peers in safe use of tools such as plasma torch, mill, oxy-acetylene torch. Supervise work done with the CNC cutting, drilling, submerged welding machines.  Direct and assist technical staff in measuring and testing products. Provide technical and Quality assurance requirement direction to craft personnel during shop fabrication.
