Managed evaluation of new technologies, chemistries and plant practices to determine feasibility, validity and implementation with mill operations.• Responsible for the authorization and coordination of all plant capital planning, strategy and implementation (project magnitudes in excess of $10 MM).• Managed mill-wide plant expense project budgets; developed, coordinated and oversaw an engineering staff working in correlation with contracted and in-house maintenance. Managed and approved spend from inception to completion with responsibility for all budgetary and technical aspects.

Business Communication - Ordering parts and process raw materials from various suppliers and interacting with associated business branches. Customer/ Employee Relations - Constant interaction with customers, in relation to problems or requirements they may need met as well as daily interaction with production staff to ensure proper product production conditions. Mechanic/ Pilot Prototype Production - Fabrication of pilot systems for interior auto parts as well as process maintenance overview. Production Line Evaluation and Optimization – Analyzing the varying product lines and introducing new optimizations to increase stability of the product as well as maximizing yield. Daily monitoring of various process conditions through data analysis in correlation with quality control.
