Currently a part of the Personal Health Care North American Materials, Process, & Deliverables team, focusing on Cost Savings, Supply Chain reliability, remediating quality and supply issues at internal and contract manufacturing facilities. I work closely with QA, supply chain, product developers and engineers, and external partners to ensure our products get to our customers, meet consumer's expectations, meet regulatory and safety requirements, and meets the company's Purpose, Values, and Principals. Previous work includes: Develop, manage, and implement making of oral care products from upstream development through scale-up and into commercial production. Manage and resolve issues with current business in NA and WE. Primary function is to understand making processes along with chemical and physical transformations. Previous experience includes developing Quality Control capability at contract and company manufacturing sites in the US, WE and Asia.Analytical Chemist: Test method development, validation, verification, and technology transfer to internal and external partners. Skilled in benchtop wet-chemistry and instrumentational analysis, including: GC, HPLC, AA, Infrared, near IR, UV, and Ramen spectroscopy.;Specialties: Process and transformation troubleshooting, Design and execution of learning experiments, Quality control testing, and Systems and process controls.
