Management of 5 unique special access buildings responsible for scheduling and planning the maintenance and operation of Utility and building Generation power input sources, UPS, Electrical Protection, Power Quality, Energy Management, HVAC, Security Infrastructure, Fire Safety, Communications, Information Technology Systems, Elevators, Building automation, and Fleet of Gov't Vehicles.Mentored and Guided over one hundred service members through their transitioning process by managing training, coordinating appointments, setting up meetings, and tracking personnel status to ensure a fast and smooth transfer. Led day to day operations including carpentry projects, Laser engraving, building remodeling, landscaping, upkeep, and cleaning of over 50,000sqft of building space.

Maintenance and piloting of commercial Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV). Was responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of the ROV. Performed maintenance on 4 different hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and on board computers. Used multiple types of scanners for testing of electrical systems. As the only quality assurance planner in my division, I oversaw and written over 200 formal work packages related to normal and emergency repairs as a requirement and for OQE. Which all resulted in 0% rework and safe operation to equipment and personnel.

Line up, start, and record operating parameters of trim and drain pumps, air systems, high and low pressure air compressors, and a Fairbanks-Morse diesel engine.Received and handled hazardous material in accordance with all rules and regulations with zero safety incidents. Fabricated and installed gaskets and O-rings, cleaned and inspected components. Inspected, adjusted and tested valves.Performed preventive and organizational maintenance on submarine diesel engines and components including, pumps, blowers, governors, injectors, cylinders, liners, pistons, connecting rods, bearings, crankshaft removal and install, vertical drive assembly, lubrication oil, fuel oil, scavenging air blower, exhaust system, starting air, and cooling water systems. Interpreted parameters and made adjustments required for proper operation. Performed trend analysis, lube oil inspection, and water analysis to ensure proper engine operation.As a quality assurance worker, performed controlled nondestructive test and repaired sub safe system components. Prepared and submitted re-entry control forms, prepared controlled and formal work packages, conducted quality assurance inspections, and updated divisional logs and records. Coordinated and maintained quality assurance material storage areas, and documented field changes.
