I have had the privilege of being involved in every facet of the plumbing industry for over 25 years. As Field Operations Manager for industry leader, Spartan Tool LLC. I am using this combination of unique experiences to help deliver a Customer Service Experience second to none in the industry, Working together with an AMAZING Customer Service team, we help meet the needs of plumbers, drain technicians, and other end users of our products. Process improvements led to improved Returned Goods Authorization documentation online, and improved documentation within camera repair. Working with our Customer Sevice Manager, we added an additional CSR to help with call load and reduce hold time for customers. We made changes to everything from the way CSR's answered the phone to the way we handle customer concerns. The focus has been and continues to be, to make it a more consistent experience for customers to get the help the help they need when they call in. During this time, we also recognized the need to launch a Preventive Maintenance Program for our hydro-jet products. These programs offer improved "at your door service" to our customers in keeping with The Spartan Advantage.
