Responsible for Merchandise Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment and Supply Chain for our stores and online business - enabling a best in class omni-channel experience. Additional responsibilities include ownership of the Inventory Operations team with focus on macro level analytics, metric management, new store openings, remodels/relocations, and special projects related driving in-stock improvements, and inventory reductions.

Responsible for the Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment of $1.0 Billion in annual sales for US Stores and $500 million for our North American Delivery business.Worked with Merchants in product selection, development, pricing, advertising and exit strategies.First team in company to put import items on “Flow” AKA, “Cross-dock”.Developed DC Monthly Communication E-Mail to help my distribution center partners understand the state of the business, future inbound spikes, as well as provide an update on sales and new items.Selected by Executive team to co-emcee the 2005 annual Supply Chain and Logistics conference.Championed first ever “Staples Innovation Day”; which consisted of over 300 volunteers from merchandising, all participating in a product development event.
