My career has been a consistent progression through Manufacturing, Customer Service, Estimating, Purchasing, System Concept and Layout, Project Management, Account Management, Product Engineering Management, Sales Management. Throughout my career the challenges have always increased. I work very hard with the team around me to reach the best solutions. Listening closely to customers, clear and concise communication, and creative problem solving are all key attributes that have led to my consistent upward movement.I was active in the CEMA Engineering Conference for several years.
