SDR also provides outsourced corporate development services to assist companies in the development and execution of their acqusition strategies.

Accountable for all aspects of the company’s business and franchised Joint Venture operations (The Agromart Group), as the most senior operating executive of the Agronomy Company of Canada. Oversaw and directed ACC's crop input product procurement, supplier relations, operations management, capital planning and approvals, safety, health and environmental programs, risk management, new product development, product promotion, identity-preserved (IP) soybean business, terminal operations, and product distribution. Was responsible for maintaining relations with Agromart Partners and ACC’s representation on JV boards. Was the lead on all aspects of The Agromart Group/ACC strategy development and execution. Along with the Finance and Administration Manager, was responsible for corporate planning and budgets, corporate business plan and development, policy development and execution, and overall financial results.During my tenure at ACC and as part of my role, I served on the boards of many of the JV businesses, was President and a board member of Wellburn Agromart (a company owned agri-retail business), and board Chair and President of Agromart Processing Company (a JV with Marubeni Corp.).

As a member of the four-person senior management team was responsible for business development, special projects and was the lead ACC board member on 1/2 of ACC's JV operations.
