Scanthing OCR Android application

I was the analyst in charge of all the small and medium sized change requests/projects for all the web based and many client-server applications for the Laurentian Bank of Canada. My division in CGI was dedicated to work for the bank.I was the main analyst for the development of www.onlinebanking.b2btrust.com . B2B Trust is a subsidiary of the Laurentian Bank of Canada.My role after the first 2 years was to talk to and if necessary meet the client for every change request, analyse the time and costs requirements and then deliver the project. I often lead small teams of 3-4 people for specific projects. I also acted as an analyst on bigger projects when required.I mainly worked with Java on Unix, but I had to use a vast array of technologies as the systems of the bank were quite varied.

I worked for 3 years as a programmer on the bank core credit systems (MVS/COBOL). I had to modify the system as per user requests and do unit testings.
