The prime focus of MicroSeismic Inc. Operations Manager's role is to provide support to the Executive Vice President as follows:• To work closely with Executive VP’s in developing budget estimates at contract tender stage.• To provide input into the development of technical contracts with clients to ensure client needs are met cost effectively.• To review and approve detailed project operational budgets before bid proposal are summited to clients. • To manage project budgets and timelines to ensure financial objectives are achieved.• To provide guidance and input for crew project planning and continuous monitoring of crew performance as compared to plan throughout the duration of the project.• To ensure business goals of each project are cascaded and communicated downwards to Operations Supervisors and Project Managers.• To ensure the implementation and adherence to consistent operating processes within the company i.e. HSE Processes, Documentation Control, Reporting and Scheduling.• To work closely with Operation Supervisors and Project Managers to optimize and maximize the utilization of company’s assets and to recommend to Executive VP when additional assets need to be procured in order to maximize crew productivity and financial returns.• To review and ensure the completeness/correctness of equipment records for all of the company’s assets.• To review all subcontractor agreements to ensure cost effectiveness of services provided.

supervise all aspects of operation and management of large, logistically complex land 3D dynamite & vibrators crews. They will liaise with the crew Party Chiefs on a daily basis, communicate regularly with the Client, and will report directly to the General Manager. The Operations Supervisors will have direct Profit and Loss responsibility, and will provide technical, logistical and operational guidance for their respective operations. The positions require a hands-on approach, and will require to spend a major portion of their time at the crew location.
