Currently an app engineer, focused on adding features to the security PaaS.Previously I was a technical lead specializing in the front end application for Comply GRC. I planned and architected the current iteration of the front-end codebase and continue to maintain it as we scale the product to our customers.I also led a team that built the Comply GRC product at Aptible. I helped gather business requirements, plan, spec, build, and maintain features related to enabling businesses to become security compliant. I also directly managed software engineers and spent a significant portion of my time fostering their career development.

I built many full-stack applications for our clients. Our client requests ranged from leveraging blockchain technology, to IoT, and machine learning. As the ​ Front-End Practice Lead​, I made decisions on whatfront-end stack the entire company used to build its products. I regularly mentored other engineers and fostered an environment of teaching and learning.

I was the lead engineer for the desktop and web application for our email client. I planned and architected the application from scratch and grew the team to 7 engineers. After a year of development we launched the product and had thousands of active users.

I was part of the research and development team that deployed a multitude of different web applications to reinvigorate news transmission in Michigan. We built web applications using many different languages, frameworks, and technologies all deployed to AWS. I was a full-stack engineer that was involved in every aspect of building our applications.

I ​ developed systems for manufacturing process control and deployed traceability, molding, defect tracking systems among many others. My position required start-to-finish involvement in system deployment and maintenance. We primarily built web applications using the LAMP stack and I was involved in the development, deployment, and maintenance of the entire stack.
