Established tool specifications and process modules to begin process flow from paper travelers to paperless system during move to new production facility. New $2 M Production SiC epitaxy reactor brought online and produced > 2000 product wafers. Drove product delivery of >30,000 parts to over 9 major customers in the first 14 months of operation in the new facility. Key equipment procured to reduce cycle time, increase line yield, enhance characterization, and add necessary redundancy. Established operational systems, including inventory control, statistical process control (SPC), process module creation, process module control, process of record, process module change procedures, interaction process flows, and emergency response team.
