When working with sellers, I organized files, got disclosures completed accurately, scheduled photographers, contractors, and other vendors for any work that needed to be done prior to listing, created listing pages, ran comparative market analysis, discussed pricing adjustments, and provided updates on activity. Once escrow opened for the buyer or the seller, I was also responsible for all transaction coordination duties including managing strict timelines, ensuring prompt removal of contingencies, maintaining strict management and delivery of disclosures, contracts, addendums, and other legal documents, and ensuring a strong, trusting relationship with our clients to ensure repeat business and a positive customer journey.
