I began my journey with USALCO, LLC, in 2014 as a driver at USALCO Fairfield, progressing through various roles that included an operator position at USALCO Little Rock in 2019, and advancing to Production Manager at USALCO Houston in 2022. Today, I proudly serve as Plant Manager of the Houston Plant. Over these years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with past and present plant managers, Manufacturing Directors, and Supply Chain experts, all while driving the Houston Plant toward becoming a profitable, reliable, and clean facility producing essential Iron Sulfate products for the nation.My roles have enabled me to expand my expertise and support continuous improvement and LEAN efficiencies across USALCO’s network. Working alongside other plant managers, I’ve contributed to solution-oriented approaches that drive performance improvements across our plants. Alongside my career at USALCO, I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. By combining my professional experience, academic pursuits, and military leadership background, I’ve been able to foster a synergistic approach to growth—both for myself and for USALCO.I'm grateful for the development opportunities USALCO has provided, and I hope this brief overview conveys my commitment to the company’s mission of supporting America’s need for clean and safe drinking water. My dedication to the goals of USALCO aligns with my drive to meet or exceed the demands of my current role and any future positions within the company.
