Mr. Brice has over 20 years of experience in all facets of print production. He has both managed and supported publication efforts for a variety of customers and employers. He has successfully served as the Program Manager on the DoD S&T Planning Program contract for the over 4 years. This support has included management of staff and program budget; development and execution of work plans; coordination of editorial, technical, and administrative staff and resources to include document configuration control; and editing, production, and delivery of publications and CD ROM products.As the lead editor for the S&T Defense Technology Objectives (DTO) (1998 Present) and the U.S. Army's Science and Technology Master Plan (1999-2000), Mr. Brice coordinates and manages the work of multiple authors into a cohesive, coherent volume for submission to the DoD. Since 1998, he has performed the layout and hyperlinking for the entire suite of DDR&E S&T documents for its release in CD ROM form. He has also served as gatekeeper to the Sensors, Electronics, and EW technology panel for the past 7 years. In addition to his print experience, Mr. Brice has demonstrated skill and expertise in multimedia production and project management to include work in film/television, radio, and Web/CD ROM publishing.
