Responsible for managing, maintaining and troubleshooting multiple environments necessary for automation testing of end-to-end PTC systems used by a team of 20-25 testers.

Member of the Senior Team, supporting a larger team of 10-12 Testers and Troubleshooters responsible to install, integrate and verify a 3G/4G layered architecture system on a variety of platforms. Verification included running stability, as well as, causing failure scenarios to validate the system’s ability to continue carrying traffic and recover automatically.• Openstack Cloud environment installation, configuration and maintenance• VNF deployment using Heat templates of proprietary applications and tools.• Troubleshooting of mySQL issues in high availability systems• Performed root cause analysis of customer issues and proposed corrective actions to the group’s processes and testing strategies.• Participate in multi-level meetings to prioritize impacts of high level customer issues• Prepared and participated in customer presentations of UDM overload control feature, including graphical output of performance throughput using Excel VBA scripting• Wrote, planned and executed black box test cases to validate performance, robustness and stability of 3G/4G layered architecture mobile application system for eventual inclusion into automation framework.

Part of a team of engineers performing stability and robustness testing of mobile telecommunication network at and beyond system limits. Accountable for running a test suite, analyzing performance logs, troubleshooting software issues, providing feedback to design team, providing workarounds and temporary solutions, verifying design solutions on GSM/WCDMA (2G/3G) MSC and MGW.

Contributed to a development team implementing full WCDMA system in a box.

Involved in feature test, performance test and robustness test teams for CDMA Base Station Controller.

Participated in various aspects of TDMA and CDMA MSC development from feature test all the way to customer introduction in live customer sites (with extensive travel to Americas, China).
