Current• Ongoing updates and maitenance of the cadastral database, by editing/digitizing every recorded land transaction into the database. Layers included are: condos, subdivisions, addresses, street centerlines, right of ways, parcels, boundaries, emergency data for police, fire, ems, etc.• Insured data quality control of data in all versions, and corrected any topology errors, before releasing to website every month.• Create map books and shapefiles for use on our website, published through ArcGIS online, and through our FTP site.• Interpreted deeds, surveys, plats, permits, affidavits, and other legal documents.• Create custom maps for the public, and other departments, as well as special data requests.• Ability to use several different printers, including a large plotter, to print maps as large as 36x30.• Communicated with other cities, townships, jurisdictions, surveying companies, and land developers, to insure we have the correct data.• Trained the public and county employees daily, on how to use our website to obtain the information they need.• Reviewed quality control of our data on an ongoing basis, looking for better ways to use and visualize our data, to make it easier for the public to use.
