* Coordinated a 50K acre lease block in partnership with Duke Energy, facilitating development of the Los Vientos III, IV, and V wind farms and Mesteno Windpower project, comprising 311 turbines.* Led complex negotiations for diverse energy production projects, including a successful Chapter 313 Value Limitation Agreement with Roma ISD in Starr County, TX.* Originated multiple greenfield projects nationwide including Frontier, Mesteno, Rio Bravo, and Ledyard, leading project management of 100K+ acres through construction.
