Entegra Power was an independent power producer owned by a consortium of private equity investors that was formed in 2005 to oversee the management and operations of 4,400 MWs of natural gas generating facilities in Arizona and Arkansas along with a small interstate pipeline in Louisiana/Arkansas. Entegra successfully managed these assets and associated commercial activities including its divestiture program that yielded over $1.7B to Entegra stakeholders by the end of 2018.Responsibilities over my years at Entegra included various origination and asset management roles involving Entegra’s 4,400 MW portfolio of natural gas power plants at the Gila River Power (GRP) and Union Power Partners (UPP) stations.- Direct reports included VP-Asset Management and Engineering, VP-Regulatory and Contract Services, and Director-Origination and Contract Services.- Functional responsibilities included the marketing, structuring, negotiation, and implementation of mid to long term power transactions, gas transactions, and asset divestiture opportunities in addition to the oversight of the third party operation and maintenance of Entegra’s interest in the GRP station.- Served as an officer of each of Entegra’s subsidiaries, a voting representative on Entegra’s Risk Management and Credit Committees, and a regular attendee of Entegra monthly Board Meetings. - Led multiple investment bank facilitated and company facilitated asset sale processes throughout my career at Entegra in support of optimizing stakeholder value. - Participated in project finance activities throughout the years by creating and presenting pitch books alongside of CFO and CEO to perspective lenders.

Served as TPS’s portfolio manager for the 2,200 MW Gila River Power natural gas combined cycle facility. Responsible for the planning, optimization, and oversight of the day-ahead, balance of month, and long term power sales portfolio.  Managed a team of asset traders whose responsibilities included: day-ahead physical trading with unit commitment / dispatch decisions, control area operations, forward power and gas physical / financial trading, and mid-market origination.
