Eric J. Bronstein practices trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. His practice concentrates in discrimination litigation and employment law. He has handled numerous matters from inception through the appellate process, including actions for employment discrimination under Title VII; violations of the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, the PHRA, and various tort actions. He has represented employers in a variety of litigation matters, including sexual harassment, race, gender, religion, national origin, disability and age discrimination, wrongful discharge, failure to hire and covenants not to compete. Mr. Bronstein's practice also focuses on defending against a myriad of property and personal injury claims, for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured, including retail businesses in various premises liability actions. Mr. Bronstein has been appointed as a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bronstein has lectured on the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law and has frequently been appointed as an arbitrator in uninsured and underinsured motorist hearings and in cases filed in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. A member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Bronstein is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern District of Arkansas, District of Nevada, Southern District of Maryland, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
