From August 2013 to March 2014 worked as a member of the Operations Management Team, responsible for a safe and healthy working environment, and for promoting a workplace culture of safety for Southland's operations. Worked in cooperation with the rest of the Operations Management Team to establish KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals for the budget year, and to develop and implement a KPI Action Plan to achieve those goals. Responsible for investigating, recording and reporting all collisions, safety-related incidents and Worker's Compensation claims, and for determining strategies to bring these in-line with KPI goals, and to make recommendations regarding staff discipline and corrective actions.
