Eric is an experienced public company CFO with proven operational skills. Eric is CFO of Cohesity, a leading, next generation data management and data security company with over 4,000 customers.Industry experiences include a range of enterprise technology areas including: security, data analytics, data management, collaboration and interactive entertainment. In 2021, he led the successful IPO for Informatica (NYSE:INFA) as CFO, raising $1 BN in proceeds at a $10 BN enterprise value. This marked the end to end transformation of Informatica to a ratable $1.5 BN SaaS model.Eric is a technology enthusiast starting with his earliest experience as an AI/data mining company co-founder with his MIT classmates prior to serving in a variety of public company CFO roles at Informatica, Electronic Arts, McAfee, Polycom and Microstrategy.
