As COO at LeadCoverage, Mr. Brown is responsible for developing best practices, processes, and policies ensuring alignment with LeadCoverage goals and strategies. Brown also consults on tools, measurement strategies, surveys, and scorecards which ensure company procedures, governance, and tools are well maintained and established. Brown's other duties include building solid working relationships across geographies and organizations, managing and executing all stages of marketing/lead generation projects, and managing a portfolio of projects for clients.Eric Brown previously led the PM team at CRB from sales proposal to construction implementation. Projects ranged from production upgrades to full green field design. Responsibilities included: team building, estimating, schedule build / execution, feasibility studies, detailed design, and executive TIC presentations. Brown was also previously responsible for multi-discipline design of all facilities involved in the Sparstane process, a private equity venture based in Atlanta, GA pioneering the recycling of FGD gypsum into valuable commodities. Eric led the design group in 3D Model generation, 2D drafting activities, contributed to business development opportunities, and was a key member of the Site Selection/Development Committee. Prior to Sparstane, Eric was a Sr. Design Engineer at Sargent & Lundy, a Chicago-based engineering firm with an established record of accomplishments for clients in public and private sectors worldwide. While at Sargent & Lundy, Eric led design teams in all aspects of designing new and modifying existing fossil and nuclear power plants. Eric preformed as Design Lead, Design and Drafting Manager, and Process Owner. During his tenure, he led teams of junior and senior design engineers for multi-billion dollar projects. He also served on Sargent & Lundy’s Engineering Oversight Committee, establishing new and challenging existing quality assurance methods. Prior to Sargent & Lundy, Eric was a Design Instructor for Purdue University’s College of Science. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University where he was awarded Outstanding Student of the Academic Year, Computer Graphic and Design Technology. He was a Skipper of Purdue University Calumet’s sailing team, participating in the 2006 Annapolis World Championship. Following graduation Eric served as an Academic Affairs Advisor to the Computer Science Department.
