Job Responsibilities: Being the Heart of House supervisor, and senior line cook, my responsibilities were not only to cook and prepare meals, but also to assure the kitchen ran smoothly. This included making sure meals go out on time, training and monitoring new staff members, making schedules, placing orders, conducting inventory, as well as improving the overall quality of the kitchen

As research for my undergraduate honors thesis, I was entrusted to take care of 60 rats and perform psychological experiments on them. This included the administration of specific drugs and followed by monitoring the rats’ behavior in memory tasks. I was then entrusted to run in-depth analyses to observe the effects of drugs on behavior.Additionally, for the research I was awarded a Certificate of Academic Excellence from the Canadian Psychological Association.
