I am a particle physicist by training but I made the switch from academia to computational/behavioral finance. I could not be happier with that transition. I work with a great group of people & am always learning from them.I get to be involved in every step of trading algorithm deployment; from the generation of new ideas, internal testing, deploying them on the market & monitoring their performance. I enjoy dealing with options for more than just the leverage they provide.
