Roasting on a 15kg Joper. This job includes green bean purchasing, creating profiles for each coffee, quality control cuppings, production roasting, and training assistant roast master generals.

Took over the roasting for the majority of Butter Knife (main espresso blend). As well as setting up quality control cuppings on the weekly. I also did the sample roasting for possible coffees to buy.

Roasted specialty coffee on the 75kg Loring roaster. Quality cuppings done on the daily of all coffee roasted at the facility. I loved working here and would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to work in coffee!

Started with this company before they were a company. Hosted and taught groups of people how to throw axes.

Hired as the roaster when the company started. I was the roaster, quality control, bagger, packer, delivery person and in charge of social media up until I left. I created all of the profiles for how Propeller roasts their coffee, how they would consistently roast their coffee through quality control and set up how production of coffee was done. I also roasted the coffee that won the company Roast Magazine’s - Micro Roaster of the Year award. Then I was offered a much better job from Reunion Coffee so I left Propeller!
